We found another abused, misused and abandoned special breed female dog! A Dogo-Argentino who recently had puppies we assume from her teets.
You know that these breeds can't leave the shelter once they are taken in! Because they are branded as forbidden/banded dogs... why? because of a few immoral owners use of these dogs as attack dogs, and organize dogfights and use these poor animals for their own interests, prestige and material gain!
What we need to do is to let Animal Welfare Organizations know about these special kinds of dogs so protectors can help them to find suitable homes for them... rather than calling the Municipality's dog collection officers and complain! Because when you complain to the municipality and they come and pick these dogs up to take into the shelter to never let them out ever again with no chance of being re-adopted or re-homed...
First on the 14th of June I picked her up from Ortakent, to the vet's. After initial tests we found out that she has Ehrlichia, and she is blind, and emaciated, very very thin as "skin and bones" literally. Friday, Saturday and Sunday she stayed at the vet's, and on Monday 17th June I picked her up to take her home and care for her at least for the next 3 weeks of treatment and healing process.

After the ride in the car, while she was a champ, we arrived home, and food and water was provided,
... she was content, at ease and peaceful I might add! 😊
