Update to healthy/fitness attitude!

At the end of August my membership at the fitness center was over! I was down to 61 kg. and measurements went down to: chest 92cm (w/breasts), waist 71cm and hips 94cm, I'm so proud of myself and it shows, at the center I was the COA (center of attraction) everybody even the fittest thinnest ladies complemented/applauded my accomplishment...
Hey when you put in the effort with hard work, consistency and loving what you're doing you can get any result you want. I am the proof of that for myself, and I promised myself I will never be like I was in the beginning of this year.
Im working at home now, starting with the Tibetan Yoga Ive been practicing for a while, and other yoga practices and meditation and also working w/free weights and the theraband exercises which are great by the way, Im also planning to buy one of those big exercise balls. There are all kinds of exercise websites on the net I use those as guidelines and it feels great!
My next target weight is 55kg. , I don't know how long that would take but I give it 2 months; before I hopefully go to the US, to visit with my re/ex/new boyfriend: funny story to be told at another time!

Dogo - cooking for a sick carnivore by a vegetarian!

Being a vegetarian for over 20 years, I always found it hard to stand the smell of any kind of meat cooking or otherwise!... So imagine how I'm feeling right now looking after a sick dog who needs special food, home-cooked real food! Most I can deal with is chicken liver and carrots and noodles! Let's get to it! And feeding time ... let's see if she likes it!...
